a course for persons who have been recently promoted to a position supervising
one or more employees. This course simplifies the sometimes conflicting
need to protect an employee's privacy and the need to provide a safe and
efficient workplace.

problems that may be related to employee use of alcohol and other
drugs
- Identify and
investigate crisis situations
- Intervene in
problem situations
- Refer employees
who have problems with alcohol and other drugs
